16.1 Consumers based within the European Union have a statutory right to a “cooling off” period. Full details are given in the ‘Right to Cancel’ section below.
16.1 We cannot accept returns under the cooling off period of:
16.2.1 Goods made to your specifications or that have been personalised;
16.2.2 Aromatics Goods sealed in cellophane for health or hygiene reasons that have been unsealed after delivery;
16.2.3 Goods which have been used or enjoyed beyond handling them to the extent necessary to establish their nature, characteristics and functioning (such as you would, for example, handle a display item in a shop). Please note that opening packaging does not prevent you from returning Goods unless the Goods fall under sub-Clause 16.2.2 and in any event does not include the opening of delivery packaging, only the packaging of the product itself
As a consumer based within the European Union you have the right to cancel this contract within 14 days without giving any reason. The cancellation period will expire after 14 days from the day on which you acquire, or a third party other than the carrier and indicated by you acquires, physical possession of the last of the goods comprised in the order.
To exercise the right to cancel this contract, you must inform us of your decision by a clear statement (e.g. a letter, fax or email). If you wish you may use the attached cancellation form but it is not obligatory. Send your communication to us at:

To meet the cancellation deadline, it is sufficient for you to send your communication concerning your right to cancel before the cancellation period has expired.
Effects of cancellation
If you cancel this contract, we will reimburse to you all payments received from you, including the costs of delivery to you (except of the supplementary costs arising if you chose a type of delivery other than the least expensive type of standard delivery offered by us.)
We may make a deduction from the reimbursement for loss in value of any goods supplied, only if the loss is the result of your handling them beyond the extent necessary to establish their nature, characteristics and functioning.
We will make the reimbursement without undue delay, and not later than
(a) 14 days after the day we receive back from you any goods supplied, or
(b) (if earlier) 14 days after the day you provide evidence that you have returned the goods
We will make the reimbursement using the same means of payment as you used for the initial transaction, unless you have expressly agreed otherwise; in any event, you will not incur any fees as a result of the reimbursement. We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the goods back or you have supplied evidence of having sent back the goods, whichever if the earliest.
You shall send back the goods or, if the goods cannot by their nature normally be returned by post, hand them over to our nominated delivery agent without undue delay and in any event not later than 14 days from the day on which you communicate your cancellation from this contract to us. The deadline is met if you send back the goods before the 14-day period has expired
You will have to bear the direct cost of returning the goods. Where we arrange to collect them because they cannot normally be returned by post we estimate the cost as approximately the same as the costs of the delivery to you.
